Niamh Cassidy

Writer and Content consultant.

Writing

I’m a writer living in Norwich.

My work tends to focus on themes of duality and transformation within the frameworks of class, religion and family.

I’ve been published in Bread Alone: What Happens When We Run Out of Working Class Writers? and am currently writing my first book: a memoir about growing up as a child carer to my disabled dad, among other things.

I’m also on Substack, where I share close readings of prose and poetry. You can find those here.

I got my BA in English Literature from Oxford, and am part-way through an MA in Creative Non-Ficton at UEA.

Content consultancy

I help B2B SaaS teams define what’s genuinely interesting about what they do, then communicate it in a way that earns attention and drives growth.

I work across the full stack to find the story, set the strategy, and create standout content for every channel.

As Head of Content at Onfido and Fidel API, I built high-performing content functions from the ground up.

In my consultancy career, I’ve supported scaling software companies in Finance, Regulation & Compliance, Legal, Climate, Health, Hospitality, HR and VC.

There’s more on what I do for them here.
